Once the ordered products are received as described without any damages. Return shall not be eligible.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable) - Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error - Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery
Exchanges
We only replace the damages part or full items if they are defective or damaged. These must be informed within two days from receiving the shipments. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at figureartstore@gmail.com and send your item to warehouse where the items had been shipped.
Refunds
Once the items are lost in the shipment process, the buyer will be eligible for full refund.
Once the exchange as described above is not possible, the buyer will be eligible for full refund.
Once your return is received and inspected as subject in the above clauses, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of day`s.
Shipping To return your product, you should mail your product to warehouse where the items had been shipped.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
PRODUCT PRICING
In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price or with incorrect information due to typographical error or error in pricing or product information received from our suppliers, FigureArt Store shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for product listed at the incorrect price. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is canceled, your payment method will be refunded in the amount of the charge.

Plan Payment - This option allows for automatic monthly payments towards an item. A deposit (1st payment) is due when the order is placed. Deposit are non refundable.
Other payments, will be fully refunded if the payment is requested to be refunded by the buyer within 24 hours from the time of the payment.
PAY IN FULL- Cancellations for PAY IN FULL Pre Orders will be refunded in full if the order is cancelled within 3 days of the order date. After 3 days, no refunds will be given.
